Growth Hacking, Power-law distributions, The Hook Model, Traction
 - Quieres hacer las cosas que crean resultados medibles, no sólo entregar
nuevas features
 - Sabes desarrollar sistemas
 - Se puede hacer frente a la ambigüedad, retos, fracasos, cosas que no

Buscando disponibilidad de aproximadamente 1/2 a 1 día por semana. Es
probable que estés leyendo y aprendiendo prácticas de la industria fuera de
ese tiempo también. Vamos a pensar en llevar a 2 personas en este papel. El
papel tiene el potencial de expandirse en un papel a tiempo completo con un
poco de participación de acciones (por ejemplo, opciones sobre acciones)
con el tiempo.

Part-Time Product Hacker

We have a part-time opportunity for someone who wants to learn how to build
a startup.

You:
 - Have a desire to interact with people to understand their needs
 - Want to build stuff people want
 - Want to learn how to build services that people return to day after day
 - Are already reading and learning about things like Pirate Metrics, Lean
Startups, A/B Testing,
Growth Hacking, Power-law distributions, The Hook Model, Traction
 - Want to do things that create measurable results, not just ship product
features
 - Can code
 - Can deal with ambiguity, challenges, failure, stuff that doesn't work as
expected
 - Can take the initiative to propose measurable tests and product changes
 - Can deal with English-writing customers
 - See customer service as an opportunity to learn

Looking for availability of approximately 1/2 to 1 day per week. You will
probably be reading and learning industry practices outside of that time as
well. We'll consider bringing on 2 people in this role. The role has the
potential to expand into a full-time role with some equity participation
(e.g. stock options) over time.

Our team has experience helping build several startups which have raised
millions of dollars in funding, and has helped several startups work
through difficult transitions and build their metrics and grow towards
profitability.

This won't be an easy job. It may not be easy to produce measurable results
quickly. This is a paid role. We would expect about 2/3 of the efforts will
be spent on new initiatives, and 1/3 on upgrades of existing
infrastructure/functionality.
